I have used this shop for the past 11 years (two Volkswagens, and one Infiniti), and not only are they the best at what they do, they are among the most honest and reliable folk out there. Any person who has dealt with Giovanni will attest to the fact. The people who have been patronizing this shop have been coming back for decades, because of their reputation. To anyone out there looking for a place that would give them solid customer service, without any of the "upsell" you are used to seeing elsewhere, talk to Giovanni. And after you have had a chance to, make up your own mind.

Ali said he took his vehicle to 5 other places and they were rude and they did not have time to work on his vehicle. The mechanic at this facility was nice, friendly and also knowledgeable. They work on the vehicle until it was fixed. The facility was very nice and clean and he really appreciates them only charging him for an hour when they worked on it for an hour and a half.

Excellent Customer Service. I had a very great experience with ISM. Gelina has helped me from the start. The check engine light was on and found out that the code was related to the catalytic convertor. I emailed and asked for a quote and she was able to get back to me within a day or two. I called her back and setup an appointment a week or two in advance. I dropped off my car Thursday after work and even called a cab for me to get home. They worked on it all day the next day. She called me later in the afternoon to tell me it was ready. Picked it up after work and it was cleaned up and ready to go. Gelina made the whole process as less stressful as possible. Thank you Gelina and ISM.

I was looking for a competent, fast and cost effective alternative to the dealer service department and I found it at ISM. I went in to the dealer to have a burned out headlight replaced and was told it would be $700. I found ISM from a referral and received prompt, friendly service that cost a third of the dealer's estimate. I dropped the car off at ISM and was told it would take about an hour and in 45 min. I had my car back. Reliable service and fair pricing was all I was looking for and I think I found it at ISM.

I took my 2004 Volvo in a couple of times and both times I received fast and excellent service. They explained what the issues were and offered quick and budget friendly solutions. I feel confident taking my car in because I know that it will be well taken care of. I highly recommend this place for anyone who is looking for a reliable and customer service oriented garage.

We towed in a barely running Triumph TR 7 wanting to make it road worthy for my daughter-in-law. Giovanni and his team took on a year long-mission to find parts for the car. They searched for rare parts, called on friends to rebuild old parts and stored the car for 11 months while they worked on her as parts were found. Thanks to ISM's dedication to this project, my daughter-in-law has her mom's car running once more. Thanks Giovanni

I have been using ISM for the past three years, for service, and would'nt think of going any where else! They are always professional, courteous and flexible. Service is always done on time and Giovanni and/or Antonio explain the service needs, repairs and work with me on budget. Highly reccomended!
