I have used this shop for the past 11 years (two Volkswagens, and one Infiniti), and not only are they the best at what they do, they are among the most honest and reliable folk out there. Any person who has dealt with Giovanni will attest to the fact. The people who have been patronizing this shop have been coming back for decades, because of their reputation. To anyone out there looking for a place that would give them solid customer service, without any of the "upsell" you are used to seeing elsewhere, talk to Giovanni. Ali said he took his vehicle to 5 other places and they were rude and they did not have time to work on his vehicle. The mechanic at this facility was nice, friendly and also knowledgeable. They work on the vehicle until it was fixed. The facility was very nice and clean and he really appreciates them only charging him for an hour when they worked on it for an hour and a half.

Excellent Customer Service. I had a very great experience with ISM. Gelina has helped me from the start. The check engine light was on and found out that the code was related to the catalytic convertor. I emailed and asked for a quote and she was able to get back to me within a day or two. I called her back and setup an appointment a week or two in advance. I dropped off my car Thursday after work and even called a cab for me to get home. They worked on it all day the next day. She called me later in the afternoon to tell me it was ready. Picked it up after work and it was cleaned up and ready to go. Gelina made the whole process as less stressful as possible. Thank you Gelina and ISM.

I was looking for a competent, fast and cost effective alternative to the dealer service department and I found it at ISM. I went in to the dealer to have a burned out headlight replaced and was told it would be $700. I found ISM from a referral and received prompt, friendly service that cost a third of the dealer's estimate. I dropped the car off at ISM and was told it would take about an hour and in 45 min. I had my car back. Reliable service and fair pricing was all I was looking for and I think I found it at ISM.

This is an excellent shop to take your to for service and any major work.

Always difficult to assign 5 stars, but these folks do business right; particularly in a business class as difficult as an auto body shop. I selected this shop among several, for their full equipment and alignment capabilities; but, I later came to respect their technical quality. They quoted me a fair price for the work I requested. They were flexible on the delivery date. The finished product was better than expected. And, they were all friendly and easy to deal with. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to people who want quality work done on their vehicle. You know, the kind of people who check their vehicle's fluids, tire pressures, etc. before they get in it and go.

Took my 2001 BMW in for service a couple of weeks ago. Had a very pleasant experience as always. I've been having my car serviced here for quite sometime now (4 yrs). Giovanni and his staff has always been nice and professional towards me. The only downside to this place (if any) would be the cost of service. But then again, i guess you pay for what you get. I've always received top notch service from this shop along with very prompt service. Thanks Giovanni for always taking care of my car!!!!

I've been to ISM twice, and both times I had prompt, professional, and friendly service. TheyI took a 2010 VW Jetta to Antonio in Fall 2012 after I hit a tire in the middle of the freeway. The bumper was slightly cracked and I had hoped that they could put it back on and everything would be A-ok. Antonio took the time to give me a thorough explanation of the suspected mechanical problems, including the likelihood that the issues were not just superficial. He was honest and candid about the estimate and gave me a range for just the superficial damage as well as the suspected substantive problems. While they were working with the insurance company, they kept me updated regularly, and ultimately had the work repaired within the estimate. I took the Jetta back recently on a Wednesday afternoon for a weird problem with the trunk (it kept popping open!) and even though they didn't have the parts handy, they got them and did the repairs within 2 days. Again, the price was within the estimate provided (and totally reasonable).I recommend ISM wholeheartedly. This is definitely a great place!

I began having my car repaired and serviced by Giovanni over 30 years ago. In that time there have been a variety of vehicles - Fiat, Honda, Porsche - needing mechanical, electric or bodywork attention. Giovanni has never let me down. He is competent, honest and organized; he knows what's right for the car and for the customer. It's a pleasure to recommend him to anyone looking for an excellent car care professional.

I've been going to this shop for almost 6 years and have had multiple cars serviced by them. Giovanni is very professional and wonderful to work with. He is honest and does his best to keep cost down. I have recommeded this shop to friends and they have also been happy with it. Giovanni is excellent at working with your timeline which I have really appreciated. I remember once when I was going out of town for 3 weeks and did not want to have to find someone to move my car for street cleaning, he was very gracious in keeping the car for me after a service for the whole 3 weeks. Other times, I needed the car as soon as possible and he got it to me the same day. I would recommend this shop to anyone looking for honest, effective service. Great place to know about!

I have had wonderful service at International Sports Motors. Giovanni has been very helpful and honest in all his dealings with me. I have been going to this shop for over 5 years and have had multiple cars maintained by them. I have recommended this shop to my friends and they have had the same experience. It doesn't matter whether I put in a Toyota or BMW the service is excellent and the car is finished in time.
