I have used this shop for the past 11 years (two Volkswagens, and one Infiniti), and not only are they the best at what they do, they are among the most honest and reliable folk out there. Any person who has dealt with Giovanni will attest to the fact. The people who have been patronizing this shop have been coming back for decades, because of their reputation. Ali said he took his vehicle to 5 other places and they were rude and they did not have time to work on his vehicle. The mechanic at this facility was nice, friendly and also knowledgeable. They work on the vehicle until it was fixed. The facility was very nice and clean and he really appreciates them only charging him for an hour when they worked on it for an hour and a half.

Excellent Customer Service. I had a very great experience with ISM. Gelina has helped me from the start. The check engine light was on and found out that the code was related to the catalytic convertor. I emailed and asked for a quote and she was able to get back to me within a day or two. I called her back and setup an appointment a week or two in advance. I dropped off my car Thursday after work and even called a cab for me to get home. They worked on it all day the next day. She called me later in the afternoon to tell me it was ready. Picked it up after work and it was cleaned up and ready to go. Gelina made the whole process as less stressful as possible. Thank you Gelina and ISM.

I was looking for a competent, fast and cost effective alternative to the dealer service department and I found it at ISM. I went in to the dealer to have a burned out headlight replaced and was told it would be $700. I found ISM from a referral and received prompt, friendly service that cost a third of the dealer's estimate. I dropped the car off at ISM and was told it would take about an hour and in 45 min. I had my car back. Reliable service and fair pricing was all I was looking for and I think I found it at ISM.

The very best yet!I brought my 1991 Cherokee in and I feel I got a new car back instead. It runs super smooth again and now I can proudly pass it on to my teenage son. What impressed me the most is the fair and honest prices and the superior quality of the labor and parts. I am a customer for life. Will recommend to all my friends. GREAT job International Sports Motors!!!

Excellent job by Antonio and team. Re-did keying vandalism to the hood of my Audi. Competitive quote, great attitude and customer service, top quality result and in good time. Will use ISM again.

Overall, very pleased with the results. Professional, prompt, and courteous service. p.s. Did you discontinued the practice of washing the car after the service? It's the second straight time that the car was not washed when I picked it up. I was assured after the first miss that the car wash practice still holds true. Did that changed since?

Having been in the Wholesale and Retail Used car Business for over 30 plus years,I think I Know a excellent Auto repair and service shop when I see one.I have 3 criterias;reasonably priced,properly equipped with up to date eqiipment to do the job and properly trained and up to date technicians. Recently I had my favored Driver(91 MBZ 420SEL) in for the 170k Service,tire rotation and alignment plus to look at what to do about oil consumption.Today,over a month after the service,the car runs like NEW,and the oil burning;"What Oil Burning"!And while I was there,I noticed 3 newer cars(04 to 09)Audi,Range Rover and Acura,all in for the same reason.Software Glitch.I didn't know this,but just like computers and smartphones,most cars 10 yrs.old or newer have continuous software updates too.This is no problem while your cars under factory Warranty,after that if you go to most independent dealers with a simple check engine light on,your car might be there a while.Why?,because most dealers don't update their scanners and software.By the way,2 of the 3 cars I mentioned,were from such dealers. These are just a few reasons why I drive from the north bay to SF for service.Also it doesn't hurt that everybody at ISM are Damn good people.Giovanni Palazzo;the Owner has to be the best auto technician ever;Antonio Palazzo collision repair Estimator and Manager;and Office Manager Allison,who manages to keep all the"Balls in the Air",get the job done and with a smile. As I say to all my Old Car Dog friends,"Whats Not to Like at ISM"?!

I recently had my Range Rover repaired here and I absolutely loved the repairs and service. There were a few things that needed to be addressed in the end, however, overall I had a great experience. The staff is very nice and professional and I will take my car there again. My regular mechanic does not normally work on Range Rovers outside of minor maintenance or repairs so I am very glad I found someone who does quality work and not try to get over on price. They are not cheap but they are fair and they saved me $400 on my insurance deductable.

I have had my BMW X5 worked on three or four times now by ISM. They are friendly, knowledgable and reputable. I refer my friends to them on a regular basis. I recommend them with reservation.
