I have used this shop for the past 11 years (two Volkswagens, and one Infiniti), and not only are they the best at what they do, they are among the most honest and reliable folk out there. Any person who has dealt with Giovanni will attest to the fact. The people who have been patronizing this shop have been coming back for decades, because of their reputation. To anyone out there looking for a place that would give them solid customer service, without any of the "upsell" you are used to seeing elsewhere, talk to Giovanni. And after you have had a chance to, make up your own mind.

Ali said he took his vehicle to 5 other places and they were rude and they did not have time to work on his vehicle. The mechanic at this facility was nice, friendly and also knowledgeable. They work on the vehicle until it was fixed. The facility was very nice and clean and he really appreciates them only charging him for an hour when they worked on it for an hour and a half.

Excellent Customer Service. I had a very great experience with ISM. Gelina has helped me from the start. The check engine light was on and found out that the code was related to the catalytic convertor. I emailed and asked for a quote and she was able to get back to me within a day or two. I called her back and setup an appointment a week or two in advance. I dropped off my car Thursday after work and even called a cab for me to get home. They worked on it all day the next day. She called me later in the afternoon to tell me it was ready. Picked it up after work and it was cleaned up and ready to go. Gelina made the whole process as less stressful as possible. Thank you Gelina and ISM.

I was looking for a competent, fast and cost effective alternative to the dealer service department and I found it at ISM. I went in to the dealer to have a burned out headlight replaced and was told it would be $700. I found ISM from a referral and received prompt, friendly service that cost a third of the dealer's estimate. I dropped the car off at ISM and was told it would take about an hour and in 45 min. I had my car back. Reliable service and fair pricing was all I was looking for and I think I found it at ISM.

I think your work is excellent but it would be nice if you would treat everyone as a potential customer. I was walking through the garage looking for my car and the garage staff was treating me as though I shouldn't be there. When they found out that I was a customer they then started to call me Sir. But other than that your service is always fast and reliable.

Staff attentive to descriptions of issues. IMS staff is very courteous and profession. Work done is on time and correctly. I was very satisfied with IMS's work on my Audi.

Fast, personal service from Giovanni and his crew. I keep coming back even though the location is not convenient for me. They make it worth my while.

Unfortunately, in the two years that I have lived in SF, I have needed to go into ISM over 4 times for serious repairs (serious flooding, two accidents...). FORTUNATELY, ISM is unbelievable. I feel like Giovanni is almost family to me at this point. They are extremely professional, thorough, accommodating, and I wouldn't take my car anywhere else.

Always a great experience. Very stress free shop. They do all the work. Insurance, car rental, extended warranty follow up and much more.

I recently had my car repaired at International Sport Motors. They completed the work on time and within the price they quoted me. I found the staff both professional and friendly. I will definitely return for maintenance on my car.
