I have used this shop for the past 11 years (two Volkswagens, and one Infiniti), and not only are they the best at what they do, they are among the most honest and reliable folk out there. Any person who has dealt with Giovanni will attest to the fact. The people who have been patronizing this shop have been coming back for decades, because of their reputation. To anyone out there looking for a place that would give them solid customer service, without any of the "upsell" you are used to seeing elsewhere, talk to Giovanni. And after you have had a chance to, make up your own mind.

Ali said he took his vehicle to 5 other places and they were rude and they did not have time to work on his vehicle. The mechanic at this facility was nice, friendly and also knowledgeable. They work on the vehicle until it was fixed. The facility was very nice and clean and he really appreciates them only charging him for an hour when they worked on it for an hour and a half.

Excellent Customer Service. I had a very great experience with ISM. Gelina has helped me from the start. The check engine light was on and found out that the code was related to the catalytic convertor. I emailed and asked for a quote and she was able to get back to me within a day or two. I called her back and setup an appointment a week or two in advance. I dropped off my car Thursday after work and even called a cab for me to get home. They worked on it all day the next day. She called me later in the afternoon to tell me it was ready. Picked it up after work and it was cleaned up and ready to go. Gelina made the whole process as less stressful as possible. Thank you Gelina and ISM.

I was looking for a competent, fast and cost effective alternative to the dealer service department and I found it at ISM. I went in to the dealer to have a burned out headlight replaced and was told it would be $700. I found ISM from a referral and received prompt, friendly service that cost a third of the dealer's estimate. I dropped the car off at ISM and was told it would take about an hour and in 45 min. I had my car back. Reliable service and fair pricing was all I was looking for and I think I found it at ISM.

Our second visit to this great shop and could not be happier. Both times we brought out 12 year old car here, it came in UNDER the estimate provided. How many times does that happen?? Great customer service, quick repairs and a friendly, knowledgeable staff!!

I took my 2004 Volvo in a couple of times and both times I received fast and excellent service. They explained what the issues were and offered quick and budget friendly solutions. I feel confident taking my car in because I know that it will be well taken care of. I highly recommend this place for anyone who is looking for a reliable and customer service oriented garage.

I was out of town for about two weeks after I dropped my car off and they held it for me the entire time no questions asked and no extra charge. I really appreciated that as other spots wouldn't do that for me. I also was very satisfied with the warranty on my repair and the price was comparable to market rates.

Antonio Palazzo, ladies and gentlemen. He's as good as it gets! Of course, the amazing staff at ISM follow suit (thank you Adam and Luis!). I was in the hot seat after a friend's parked car got bashed while under my care (who let a Touareg out of its garage spot for 10 hours and got effed? this girl. ugh.). After stopping by two shops that didn't have enough space for a SUV and seriously lacked presentation, my tow truck driver recommended ISM. The minute I walked in, I felt at ease, which, considering the circumstances, says A LOT. Antonio even had one of his guys drive me home afterwards! Throughout the next week and a half, he consistently kept me up-to-date on repairs and helped me battle my way through car insurance hell. Is it weird that he's now a 'favorite' in my phone's contacts list? Nope. Let ISM handle your car (and, perhaps, your mistaken judgement calls) and you'll understand why. With such superior work and impeccable customer service, my friend has to forgive me, right? RIGHT?!! TBD. Thank you, ISM. So. Very. Much.

I am so grateful that International Sport Motors exists! Thanks to them, my 2001 Audi A6 is still functioning and in beautiful condition, which would absolutely not have been the case if I'd gone elsewhere. After a cross country drive and two break-ins, my car is actually in great shape thanks to ISM's awesome team. They only employ expert technicians, and everyone there is friendly, honest, and quick to respond to all of my old car's issues. I can't recommend them more highly!
