I have used this shop for the past 11 years (two Volkswagens, and one Infiniti), and not only are they the best at what they do, they are among the most honest and reliable folk out there. Any person who has dealt with Giovanni will attest to the fact. The people who have been patronizing this shop have been coming back for decades, because of their reputation. To anyone out there looking for a place that would give them solid customer service, without any of the "upsell" you are used to seeing elsewhere, talk to Giovanni. And after you have had a chance to, make up your own mind.

Ali said he took his vehicle to 5 other places and they were rude and they did not have time to work on his vehicle. The mechanic at this facility was nice, friendly and also knowledgeable. They work on the vehicle until it was fixed. The facility was very nice and clean and he really appreciates them only charging him for an hour when they worked on it for an hour and a half.

Excellent Customer Service. I had a very great experience with ISM. Gelina has helped me from the start. The check engine light was on and found out that the code was related to the catalytic convertor. I emailed and asked for a quote and she was able to get back to me within a day or two. I called her back and setup an appointment a week or two in advance. I dropped off my car Thursday after work and even called a cab for me to get home. They worked on it all day the next day. She called me later in the afternoon to tell me it was ready. Picked it up after work and it was cleaned up and ready to go. Gelina made the whole process as less stressful as possible. I was looking for a competent, fast and cost effective alternative to the dealer service department and I found it at ISM. I went in to the dealer to have a burned out headlight replaced and was told it would be $700. I found ISM from a referral and received prompt, friendly service that cost a third of the dealer's estimate. I dropped the car off at ISM and was told it would take about an hour and in 45 min. I had my car back. Reliable service and fair pricing was all I was looking for and I think I found it at ISM.

Everyone whom I spoke with was very knowledgeable and kept me up to date as to what was going on and the problems with the car. The only thing I wish that was diagnosed was the transmission problem and the cost of replacement. If I had known, I may have had to make a real decision whether to replace all the tires.

Pleased that everything went well. Hong was very professional and exhibited excellent customer service skills. He provided timely updates and explained the work thoroughly.

I took my car to the dealer, and they provided me a list of repairs that were necessary and critical. I took it to ISM for a second opinion and estimates. They determined that the repairs were not necessary, but other more important repairs were. They saved me time, money, and provided the services in a timely manner. Excellent customer service!

These guys are great! I have always loved the personal treatment I got from Giovanni and Antonio when my '08 Carrera S needs servicing; ISM recently brought in a new service advisor, Hoang Nguyen, who is carrying on ISM's strong tradition of excellent customer service.

I'm used to going to dealerships where they always want to do a million things and seem to overcharge. At ISM, they specifically addressed what I asked about, and even told me that I should not do any maintenance at the time of the visit, and that I should instead monitor the situation and bring the car back when the situation warrants. I feel like at a dealership they would've tried to convince me to pay for work I didn't need done. Much appreciated, ISM. Your shop will be the first place I bring my car when it needs further work/diagnostics.

It's important to be able to trust your mechanic. These guys are super professional, honest and Incredibly nice. I had a few great experiences with them starting from the people in the office to the Pro's in the garage. Will keep taking my car here!
