Just called to schedule an appointment and the receptionist said that she'd have someone get back with me. When I asked her if it would be soon, later today, or next week, she said that she couldn't say. When I told her that I needed my car repaired rather urgently and asked her if I should call another provider she said that she wasn't sure.
