I have used this shop for the past 11 years (two Volkswagens, and one Infiniti), and not only are they the best at what they do, they are among the most honest and reliable folk out there. Any person who has dealt with Giovanni will attest to the fact. The people who have been patronizing this shop have been coming back for decades, because of their reputation. To anyone out there looking for a place that would give them solid customer service, without any of the "upsell" you are used to seeing elsewhere, talk to Giovanni. And after you have had a chance to, make up your own mind.

Ali said he took his vehicle to 5 other places and they were rude and they did not have time to work on his vehicle. The mechanic at this facility was nice, friendly and also knowledgeable. They work on the vehicle until it was fixed. The facility was very nice and clean and he really appreciates them only charging him for an hour when they worked on it for an hour and a half.

Excellent Customer Service. I had a very great experience with ISM. Gelina has helped me from the start. The check engine light was on and found out that the code was related to the catalytic convertor. I emailed and asked for a quote and she was able to get back to me within a day or two. I called her back and setup an appointment a week or two in advance. I dropped off my car Thursday after work and even called a cab for me to get home. They worked on it all day the next day. She called me later in the afternoon to tell me it was ready. Picked it up after work and it was cleaned up and ready to go. Gelina made the whole process as less stressful as possible. Thank you Gelina and ISM.

I was looking for a competent, fast and cost effective alternative to the dealer service department and I found it at ISM. I went in to the dealer to have a burned out headlight replaced and was told it would be $700. I found ISM from a referral and received prompt, friendly service that cost a third of the dealer's estimate. I dropped the car off at ISM and was told it would take about an hour and in 45 min. I had my car back. Reliable service and fair pricing was all I was looking for and I think I found it at ISM.

Brought my '90 Spider in on recommendation. I usually do all my own work but after installing an after market starter the engine would not fire. Tried everything and car was running fine before the install. At wits end, I brought it in and Gelina and Antonio figured it out; after market starter wired incorrectly and turning the engine backwards. Not the first thing that comes to mind but they got it. Had the original starter rebuilt and installed, runs great. Besides the great service, the car was cleaned up and not only runs great but looks great. I think I have found my go to shop for my Spider.

From the moment I talked to Gelina, who I would be working with over the next couple of months I knew this was the right place to take my old Honda CRX to get it road ready, it had been sitting for 8 years but they were able to get it in good running condition, and kept the parts original and took the time needed to get it right, no charge for housing my car when they had to wait for certain items to be completed or for parts to arrive, and always kept me in the loop, and allowed me to make no pressure decisions with online instructions and options to either except the work recommended or not. SO a big thank you to ISM for taking such good care of my car!

Amazing service and a white-collar feel to an otherwise cringeworthy necessity. Felt like it was a legitimate business instead of some back alley scam artist... I'd pay more to go here instead of some random spot (but their prices are still competitive!).. 100% recommended!!!

I really hate to give away this secret but I found the best service advisor here at ISM. Ive taken my Range Rover to all the local Land Rover dealerships and have not had any good customer service. Gelina is by far the best in taking care of me from beginning to end. She kept me informed through the whole insurance process and was very knowledgeable and honest. ISM and Gelina is my go-to here on out!!

Had a great first visit to ISM! Friendly, fast service, thorough vehicle inspection, very fair pricing, and quick turnaround on the work. Looking forward to bringing my car back!
