I have used this shop for the past 11 years (two Volkswagens, and one Infiniti), and not only are they the best at what they do, they are among the most honest and reliable folk out there. Any person who has dealt with Giovanni will attest to the fact. The people who have been patronizing this shop have been coming back for decades, because of their reputation. To anyone out there looking for a place that would give them solid customer service, without any of the "upsell" you are used to seeing elsewhere, talk to Giovanni. And after you have had a chance to, make up your own mind.

Ali said he took his vehicle to 5 other places and they were rude and they did not have time to work on his vehicle. The mechanic at this facility was nice, friendly and also knowledgeable. They work on the vehicle until it was fixed. The facility was very nice and clean and he really appreciates them only charging him for an hour when they worked on it for an hour and a half.

Excellent Customer Service. I had a very great experience with ISM. Gelina has helped me from the start. The check engine light was on and found out that the code was related to the catalytic convertor. I emailed and asked for a quote and she was able to get back to me within a day or two. I called her back and setup an appointment a week or two in advance. I dropped off my car Thursday after work and even called a cab for me to get home. They worked on it all day the next day. She called me later in the afternoon to tell me it was ready. Picked it up after work and it was cleaned up and ready to go. Gelina made the whole process as less stressful as possible. Thank you Gelina and ISM.

I was looking for a competent, fast and cost effective alternative to the dealer service department and I found it at ISM. I went in to the dealer to have a burned out headlight replaced and was told it would be $700. I found ISM from a referral and received prompt, friendly service that cost a third of the dealer's estimate. I dropped the car off at ISM and was told it would take about an hour and in 45 min. I had my car back. Reliable service and fair pricing was all I was looking for and I think I found it at ISM.

I've been taking my 2017 Alfa Romeo Giulia to Gelina at ISM since 2021...do not regerts! She goes out of her way to explain everything and they give you a detailed inspection via email with notes and pics of whatever you're having done with a quote.

Great Services. I had my catalytic converter theft few months back. And my insurance recommends to this shop. Even though I had to wait 5 months for new catalytic part to come in, Overall, I am very satisfied with international sport motors job they did. Great customer services, They even did car wash and did all the dashboard reset. Thank You So Much ....

I have been using ISM for years, highly recommended. On this visit 5/30/2023 my car was making a serious squeaking noise ( I suspected shocks and/or struts). They performed a detailed inspection and determined the sway bar and front control arm bushings were damaged (and provided a video to show problem). The technician resolved the noise (concern), they also aligned car and car is driving great (no squeaking noise). They also suggested to just start with the control arm repair, and hold off on the shocks and struts - so prudent, realistic concern for cleint's car and pocketbook!

After a couple of troubling experiences at the Jaguar dealership here in SF, I began searching for a new home to have my car serviced. After my first visit to International Sport Motors I can share the search is over; this is the place. The service was exemplary. From excellent personal service to incredibly thorough and highly professional work on my F-Type. If you love your car, and value a great experience for basic service all the way to more complicated repair work, I highly recommend ISM.
