Turns out ISM made a little mistake on my passenger door (mistakes happen, no biggie) which meant the power seat controls and lock/unlock button didn't have any power. They offered to take it back right away and fix the problem and at the same time installed a new battery when I asked. Got it back the next day and so far everything is great. I had taken it on a bit of a trip on the weekend which meant it was filthy once again but they cleaned it inside and out on top of the ordered work. Absolutely coming back again! Two days into owning my car and someone backed into me in a parking lot causing thousands of dollars in damage to the right-rear of my car. The repairs included a new rear bumper, new wheel, and a whole load of panel work. I took it into ISM and worked with Jessie. They gave me an estimate of 15 days for all the repairs plus the additional service I requested but did warn me they might run longer due to shipping times of the parts required (they did end up taking longer but no marks down since they did warn me before hand). The result of the body work seem to be fantastic plus the warranty included on the work gives me a lot of peace of mind for the future. Nothing to say on the service side since it'll take me a while to get an idea of how they did but if the body shop is any indiction of the service shop then I should be in a good place. Would certainly recommend to anyone looking for a new go-to shop in San Francisco. I'll be back in a few weeks for some modifications too.

hi I am job for your workshop

Have taken my care here twice, both times for tire mounting and alignment. First time was fine, but second time they tried to tell me that I needed parts that I already had. For my money, I'll be taking my car elsewhere in the future.

They're just trying to scam you like most of these repair shops out here. It is truly unfortunate that their is not one honest garage out here. These guys trying charging me 350$ for an oil change when I didn't even ask them to do in an oil change when diagnosing my car.

This is the most incompetent and dishonest repair shop I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. My car was brought into International Sport Motors due to not starting and having multiple electrical fault codes. After being assured the car was completely fixed and thoroughly tested, I was given back the car running, idling unevenly. I drove 10 miles and check engine light and fault codes reappeared. After driving home and parking, of course it did not start again. I am still fighting for a refund.

As we offered on the phone, we are more than happy to diagnose the problem and fix the car at no additional charge to you. We stand behind our work and believe both you and our shop were at somewhat of a disadvantage by the situation. The Mercedes-Benz was brought into the shop by our third party customer--the Getaround service you use to rent out your vehicle. Just to give our side of the story, the car was brought to our shop after another shop and the Mercedes-Benz dealership were unable to fix the starting problem. We replaced the dead battery, performed a full diagnostic check, replaced the faulty main relays and got the car started. We then reprogrammed the vehicle’s electrical system, cleared all the fault codes and then took the vehicle for a long test drive where the car performed well. If the car is still having starting difficulties the issue is likely being caused by a conflict between your Mercedes’ computer and the device Getaround uses to disable your vehicle to facilitate your app-based car rental arrangements. We understand there was some confusion between the car rental service (Getaround), our shop and you, the vehicle’s owner, and we’ve done everything in our power to make up for this miscommunication. Now that your money has been refunded we hope you can find someone to fix the vehicle’s starting issues. If you can’t and would like our help with the repairs, we are more than happy to fix the car and will stand behind our work as we do with all of our customers.
