I have used this shop for the past 11 years (two Volkswagens, and one Infiniti), and not only are they the best at what they do, they are among the most honest and reliable folk out there. Any person who has dealt with Giovanni will attest to the fact. The people who have been patronizing this shop have been coming back for decades, because of their reputation. To anyone out there looking for a place that would give them solid customer service, without any of the "upsell" you are used to seeing elsewhere, talk to Giovanni. Ali said he took his vehicle to 5 other places and they were rude and they did not have time to work on his vehicle. The mechanic at this facility was nice, friendly and also knowledgeable. They work on the vehicle until it was fixed. The facility was very nice and clean and he really appreciates them only charging him for an hour when they worked on it for an hour and a half.

Excellent Customer Service. I had a very great experience with ISM. Gelina has helped me from the start. The check engine light was on and found out that the code was related to the catalytic convertor. I emailed and asked for a quote and she was able to get back to me within a day or two. I called her back and setup an appointment a week or two in advance. I dropped off my car Thursday after work and even called a cab for me to get home. They worked on it all day the next day. She called me later in the afternoon to tell me it was ready. Picked it up after work and it was cleaned up and ready to go. Gelina made the whole process as less stressful as possible. Thank you Gelina and ISM.

I was looking for a competent, fast and cost effective alternative to the dealer service department and I found it at ISM. I went in to the dealer to have a burned out headlight replaced and was told it would be $700. I found ISM from a referral and received prompt, friendly service that cost a third of the dealer's estimate. I dropped the car off at ISM and was told it would take about an hour and in 45 min. I had my car back. Reliable service and fair pricing was all I was looking for and I think I found it at ISM.

After a short vacation our car would not start or take a jump and we had it towed to IMS. Three days later we called consistently for four hours before we actually got through to anyone who could tell us something about our car. Apparently they had addressed it and we’re waiting on us to bug them. It wasn’t until we talk to the owner (who is not very good at customer service himself) did we get a response from the technician who was working on our car. Although the work they did on the car was good and thorough, their lack of response was very unprofessional and they did not need to keep the car for four days to recharge the battery and run a scan.

I am writing my second review of International Sport Motors. I have used their services about 3 times, although overall I was happy with the end result. There were some aspects of their service that needed to be improved and I let Antonio know. After another car accident and looking around, I decided to go back and give them a second chance. I spoke to Antonio who had responded to my review and assured me that he had spoken to the staff and would personally walk me through the service process. I appreciated his willingness to listen and learn. I was super satisfied with the staff service and will go back to International and recommend them in a heartbeat!! I was glad we could work it out and continue to do business together. Thank you Antonio, Owen and International Team for a great job! Keep up the great work!

I use ISM for all major repairs on my VW CC. Although not cheap I trust them to accurately diagnose any problems. They even shared some videos and images which allowed me to clearly see the leaks. They then presented me with a detailed estimate. This is a top repair shop. The entire staff were courteous and friendly and all communications were clear and concise. Highly recommended!

9/1 Update: Gunther and his team at iSM have once again exceed all expectations. These guys are great! I can't stress how important it is to have a trustworthy car shop to go to...especially when you own an Italian car. These guys look out for the CUSTOMER...not their wallets - which is the way all car shops should be. DO NOT take your car to the dealer - take it to iSM. Not only will you get a better level of service, but they will not nickel and dime you like a dealer will. Kudos to Gunther and the rest of the iSM team for continuing to exceed my expectations. I've been in and out of every type of auto shop, and I can say with confidence that iSM was the best experience I've ever had with any auto shop...ever. These guys have YOUR wallet and car in mind when they do their work. They are not there to nickel and dime you, and they are EXTREAMLY transparent with the inspections and work needed. You can view your cars inspection, work, and options all through a super easy to use app. I came in for a simple brake pad replacement, but they were able to show me why it would be beneficial to change rotors too - and most importantly, they gave me no pressure on the rotors...the images and data they took of the rotors made it clear they needed a swap. Staff servive was ok. But i took my car there 3 times and quality of attention to detail was not good. One time after my car was repaired i found greasy oil marks on passenger side where staff had put hands and left marks and had to take it back to get cleaned. Second time they rplaced mythey teplaced my front windshild and did not install the finsl screws in properly and had to take it back in. While they did address the issues promptly this should not happened in the first place. Each time i had to make arrangements to take my car in during the pandemic. Also staff at ront drsk did not enot wear their mask over the nose in closed office space.
