I have used this shop for the past 11 years (two Volkswagens, and one Infiniti), and not only are they the best at what they do, they are among the most honest and reliable folk out there. Any person who has dealt with Giovanni will attest to the fact. The people who have been patronizing this shop have been coming back for decades, because of their reputation. To anyone out there looking for a place that would give them solid customer service, without any of the "upsell" you are used to seeing elsewhere, talk to Giovanni. And after you have had a chance to, make up your own mind.

Ali said he took his vehicle to 5 other places and they were rude and they did not have time to work on his vehicle. The mechanic at this facility was nice, friendly and also knowledgeable. They work on the vehicle until it was fixed. The facility was very nice and clean and he really appreciates them only charging him for an hour when they worked on it for an hour and a half.

Excellent Customer Service. I had a very great experience with ISM. Gelina has helped me from the start. The check engine light was on and found out that the code was related to the catalytic convertor. I emailed and asked for a quote and she was able to get back to me within a day or two. I called her back and setup an appointment a week or two in advance. I dropped off my car Thursday after work and even called a cab for me to get home. They worked on it all day the next day. She called me later in the afternoon to tell me it was ready. Picked it up after work and it was cleaned up and ready to go. Gelina made the whole process as less stressful as possible. Thank you Gelina and ISM.

I was looking for a competent, fast and cost effective alternative to the dealer service department and I found it at ISM. I went in to the dealer to have a burned out headlight replaced and was told it would be $700. I found ISM from a referral and received prompt, friendly service that cost a third of the dealer's estimate. I dropped the car off at ISM and was told it would take about an hour and in 45 min. I had my car back. Reliable service and fair pricing was all I was looking for and I think I found it at ISM.

I was thoroughly explained and detailed inspection. Many problems were identified. I took it to another place for the 2nd opinions. Most were corroborate by the 2nd garage. There was one critical thing was missed by ISM though.

They were great!! Got everything fixed in the same day and even paid for my lyft to get me home. Very detailed and sent me a very clear report on everything they checked and everything that was completed. Great service

I was a very happy customer for many years. I moved to Bloomington, indiana in 2017. Consideration is being given to a move back primarily to become an ISM customer again. The winter weather does play a secondary factor! Tom Bennett

My compliments to ISM for their transparency and responsiveness. After three years of non-operation, my 24-year old Jaguar needed attention. Following an initial inspection, ISM was clear and candid about the scope of the work, the time that would be required, and the costs that could be expected. Once work began, I was kept regularly updated about the status, the costs that were being incurred during each phase, with a detailed itemization of parts and labor, and next steps. I am happy to report that the car is now performing beautifully. By all accounts, the workmanship was high quality. I’m appreciative of ISM’s care and attention.

I’ve been here a few times now and their service is always spectacular. Super easy to understand what is happening or what needs to happen because they communicate clearly and thoroughly even taking time to explain why, what, how… Highly recommend!

I really like International sport motors. I always schedule my car maintenance with them. They do a great job on repairs and explain the details of what is needed so that I understand the work. Scheduling is easy. Gelina is service manager and she’s terrific! I feel like I can trust this business to take good care of my car.. highly recommended!

I always bring my mustang to them. They do pay attention to detail. Good quality work on the inspection as they document the condition of your car.
