This is my second time having my car's maintenance done at ISM and it was another fantastic job. The staff are professional, a pleasure to work with, and I wouldn't trust my car in anyone else's hands.

I had a good experience with ISM. They communicated clearly, did the work in a timely fashion and significantly beat the price quoted by the BMW dealership.
My 2012 Mercedes just came off warranty. I compared the scheduled service price between the MB dealership and ISM. To be fair, ISM didn't need to do all of the things MB would have done since there was only 12,000 miles on car. But, that is the point. They took into consideration what was needed and didn't waste my time and money with the unnecessary. What they did was done well and quickly. everyone is very courteous.

I don't Yelp review much. But I wanted to do this as a big Thank You to Antonio for matching the paint of my 10 series FRS so beautifully. A couple of weeks ago, some homeless guy keyed the entire passenger side of the car. Insurance was progressive and the process was painless. The 10 series FRS has a unique color called "Ignition Silver" which is a pain to match because it's a combination of silver blue and gold. Antonio not only did a great job color matching but also delivered the car a day earlier than promised. I don't normally believe things that I haven't seen with my own eyes. Now, I'm a believer...

We need to be here to get you back in your cars and to attend to vehicles that may be damaged during this period. Now more than ever we need our automobiles when public transit may not be the safest option to get us to our doctors, grocery stores, pharmacies and for those that are still working, to your jobs.
Please know that International Sport Motors is taking EVERY PRECAUTION for our employees and clients. We have increased our cleaning staff and on the hour disinfect all public areas, offices, restrooms, and lunchrooms. Employees have been issued gloves and masks and personnel disinfectant, lunches are now staggered so that our lunchroom, built for 24 people only accommodates 6 at any time. All employees are monitored for any health issues and are sent home at the slightest sign of illness.
After every vehicle is repaired, cleaned and detailed then the entire interior is wiped clean with disinfectant wipes and a final wipe down is done as the vehicle is parked prior to the owner's pick up.
This is a trying time but one we are all in together and together is the only way we'll get through it. If you have any needs that we may be able to help with please do not hesitate to ask.
