There were multiple issues with my car that I was aware of, including a leaking head gasket and a problem with swaying at speed. I have a 22 year old Jaguar and my long-time garage closed abruptly and I had no referral from them. I read some reviews and chose ISM with trepidation. I was relieved when I drove into the shop and saw 3 other XK8s of my car's era in for service. I think the most important item they excelled at was their transparency. The repair work was prioritized and the costs clear and understandable. They kept within their estimates and talked me through all of the work that needed to be done, and what work could be left for another time. The car drives like it is brand new. I will most certainly be going back to them when I need future service and recommend them highly to anyone needing European car repairs.
