International Sport Motors has worked on my car a few times, each time with flawless paint match and superior body work. Asides from the immaculate work they have done on my car, another shining quality is their customer service. Each time, the work was completed faster than estimated, and communication was first class as far as status of the repair and whatever issues arise with it. I would do all future body work at ISM as I have great faith in their work and customer care.

The customer was excellence, in which they actually took the time to hear out the problems I was referring too. Taking your car to get fixed is normally a big choice for me because I never know if they are going to over charge me. I feel like ISM was fair in how they charged me, and I trust their judgement. I will definitely go again when car decides to break down on me.

Experience with ISM and especially gelina nice business savvy and unique ways of handling an issue before it turns into a problem. Also very understanding and able make sure you leave with a smile and a good laugh and a general with her nice staff ..will be the god parent of my car ha.

The Owner (Giovanni), my Service Rep(Gelina ) ,their personnel have my personal approval and recommendation as the shop to have your beloved and prized automobile serviced. Their professionalism , customer interaction is par excellence . Gelina gave a straight up status and recommendation about my Audi Avant. Flawless legwork with the warranty people to get it all done. Giovanni rectified what was wrong about a sound after I got it out of the shop. Not losing any more time , got it back to me in just hours. You are certifiably my car service shop now.

I can't recommend @Antonio and his crew enough. He helped manage my expectations every step of the way through a large job due to collision and continued to support the variety of challenges that surfaced from "too many cooks in the kitchen" between the insurance company, dealers, and other subcontracted work.

International sports motor I recently came here for 1) a broken window and 2) for damages related to running over a pothole. I'll keep this simple and sweet. I worked with Alex and Giovanni and they were both extremely wonderful. They were very prompt, pleasant, efficient and friendly. Although the claim adjuster at my Insurance company (Geico) wasn't the greatest, I have nothing but great things to say about ISM and am grateful for all of their superb customer service and professionalism. :)

This place is absolutely fantastic. I took my Jaguar here for some body work after a fender bender and ISM did a phenomenal job with everything from dealing with the insurance company to getting the car ready, looking like new in way less time than I could have expected. The customer service here is really top notch- and thats so important when dealing with the unpleasantness of having car problems, or getting into an accident. This place great!

1st off - Yelp is Satan That said, ISM is Mother Theresa - compassion, comedy, family, antics and technical excellence. I first went to ISM for.... I think it was an alignment + brakes on my Ford Fiesta ST. I needed a shop that knew suspension geometry for cars designed to handle. Thanks to yelp or google maps or whatever, I found ISM and they set up the car like a dream. I think two or three weeks after I had that work done I hit a massive SF road construction pothole/hurdle and it threw the alignment out of whack. I brought it back it and they did it /on da haus/ which is pure luv After that I was ~ride or die~ customer 4 life. And then I got hit by an old person in a Rav4... 1 block from ISM... so I drove it to ISM and I got to deal with the Body Shop side of the business. There's two dudes in there - they handled shit. Car got fixed up and looks fine - its been like 6 months.

I was a recent customer and I’m writing to thank you for the terrific service I received. I was driving into the city last week to attend a meeting at Fort Mason when something fell off the back of the truck in front of me and snagged the shield panel on the front of the car, pulling it off the bolts. I pulled off on ninth street to inspect the damage and luckily for me happened to be right across the street from your shop.
