I have used this shop for the past 11 years (two Volkswagens, and one Infiniti), and not only are they the best at what they do, they are among the most honest and reliable folk out there. Any person who has dealt with Giovanni will attest to the fact. The people who have been patronizing this shop have been coming back for decades, because of their reputation. To anyone out there looking for a place that would give them solid customer service, without any of the "upsell" you are used to seeing elsewhere, talk to Giovanni. And after you have had a chance to, make up your own mind.

Ali said he took his vehicle to 5 other places and they were rude and they did not have time to work on his vehicle. The mechanic at this facility was nice, friendly and also knowledgeable. They work on the vehicle until it was fixed. The facility was very nice and clean and he really appreciates them only charging him for an hour when they worked on it for an hour and a half.

Excellent Customer Service. I had a very great experience with ISM. Gelina has helped me from the start. The check engine light was on and found out that the code was related to the catalytic convertor. I emailed and asked for a quote and she was able to get back to me within a day or two. I called her back and setup an appointment a week or two in advance. I dropped off my car Thursday after work and even called a cab for me to get home. They worked on it all day the next day. She called me later in the afternoon to tell me it was ready. Picked it up after work and it was cleaned up and ready to go. Gelina made the whole process as less stressful as possible. Thank you Gelina and ISM.

I was looking for a competent, fast and cost effective alternative to the dealer service department and I found it at ISM. I went in to the dealer to have a burned out headlight replaced and was told it would be $700. I found ISM from a referral and received prompt, friendly service that cost a third of the dealer's estimate. I dropped the car off at ISM and was told it would take about an hour and in 45 min. I had my car back. Reliable service and fair pricing was all I was looking for and I think I found it at ISM.

I'm probably like you. My engine light came on one day. I googled a European repair shop for my German car. I brought it in quickly and it turned out to be a much more expensive repair. Fortunately ISM recognized it could be covered by my insurance. They ordered all genuine parts without my needing to ask (there was a delay due to national backorders). It required some work on their side to ensure all repairs were covered as my insurance initially only approved half. Eventually, my car was completely fixed, I paid my deductible, and got my car back. This wasn't a super quick turnaround as the parts took more than a month to arrive and likely they were busy during the holidays/Covid. I was able to keep my car while we waited for parts. Anyway, I'm happy to have my car back and working and I never felt they were squeezing me for money.

I was in desperate need of an oil change and on top of that I needed documentation of my total mileage for insurance purposes. This had to be done by 02/12. I scoured YELP and found International Sports Motor. Lots of great reviews so I called on 02/10. Spoke with Gelina and got an appointment for the next day. I went in and met the charming and helpful Gelina, left my car and was told it would be ready at noon. Was notified at 11:45 the car was ready. I was shocked when I saw my car, IT WAS WASHED and vacuumed!!! Whaaat? Yes, it’s part of their service!! I will be bringing my car back to ISM.

The individuals at ISM were super helpful and friendly from the get-go. I took my car in as I noticed a slight oil leak on my car. I figured (hoped) it would be a simple oil pan leak, but then started to notice it was coming from a tad deeper in the engine. A quick Google search for "BMW repair" revealed ISM was fairly local, so I sent them a note with details of my issue. Stacey was very consultative and considerate, and even put up with me having to push my appointment out as my wife and I got covid. Before any fixes were made, I received an email with detailed photos and estimates of each recommended repair and an individual called me and walked me through the issues. All in all it was a very transparent exchange which was appreciated, especially as someone ignorant to vehicle repairs. The cost of parts was quite reasonable for a BMW, but labor seemed a tad high which again, is somewhat expected as a BMW owner. They also provided a small warranty on their repairs. 5/5 stars. I will take my vehicle there again.
