I have used this shop for the past 11 years (two Volkswagens, and one Infiniti), and not only are they the best at what they do, they are among the most honest and reliable folk out there. Any person who has dealt with Giovanni will attest to the fact. The people who have been patronizing this shop have been coming back for decades, because of their reputation. To anyone out there looking for a place that would give them solid customer service, without any of the "upsell" you are used to seeing elsewhere, talk to Giovanni. And after you have had a chance to, make up your own mind.

Ali said he took his vehicle to 5 other places and they were rude and they did not have time to work on his vehicle. The mechanic at this facility was nice, friendly and also knowledgeable. They work on the vehicle until it was fixed. The facility was very nice and clean and he really appreciates them only charging him for an hour when they worked on it for an hour and a half.

Excellent Customer Service. I had a very great experience with ISM. Gelina has helped me from the start. The check engine light was on and found out that the code was related to the catalytic convertor. I emailed and asked for a quote and she was able to get back to me within a day or two. I called her back and setup an appointment a week or two in advance. I dropped off my car Thursday after work and even called a cab for me to get home. They worked on it all day the next day. She called me later in the afternoon to tell me it was ready. Picked it up after work and it was cleaned up and ready to go. Gelina made the whole process as less stressful as possible. Thank you Gelina and ISM.

I was looking for a competent, fast and cost effective alternative to the dealer service department and I found it at ISM. I went in to the dealer to have a burned out headlight replaced and was told it would be $700. I found ISM from a referral and received prompt, friendly service that cost a third of the dealer's estimate. I dropped the car off at ISM and was told it would take about an hour and in 45 min. I had my car back. Reliable service and fair pricing was all I was looking for and I think I found it at ISM.

Excellent work, great customer service. They know what they are doing and they understand foreign cars. Up front about costs and they send estimates via text or email which makes it simple. Also they answer their phones, so you can go that way too.

I don’t know very much about cars so I always just do whatever the mechanic tells me to. I really appreciated the way that Gina broke it down for me. She explained everything in a way that was understandable and explained the rationale behind it. Will def go back.

First time using IMS and they were amazing. I had a lot of questions and they were very patient and worked through them all with me. Had a suspension issue that they were able to quickly identify and took pictures so I could easily understand. Happy to have found such a wonderful garage.

Love it when a business has integrity, which then correlates to great work! I brought the classic Benz in to adjust my alignment. Turns out the pulling was due to a poorly wore tire (on the verge of exploding actually). They road tested, adjusted the alignment, road tested again but still recognized the pull. During their second diagnosis it was determined that the tires were the culprit. They ordered the tires, covered my rental expenses due to the special order, and never charged me for the alignment check since that wasn't the issue (admittedly, I advocated for the price adjustment but they were more than accommodating). Long story short, if your car is in need, do not hesitate to provide these folks your business. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! I will, without question, be a return customer when/if maintenance/repairs are needed.

Great job! My vehicle broke down in South San Francisco. We were returning to southern California at the end of a 2 week vacation. AAA recommended International Sport Motors for the repair, and they couldn't have been more understanding of our situation. The service manager, Gelina Aquilina, kept us informed of both the problem, and what was being done to correct it. After a very difficult diagnosis and a thorough repair of a difficult problem, they had us back on the road the next morning! My thanks to both Gelina and the mechanic who worked on my vehicle. I would recommend this auto repair shop to anyone needing auto work!!! I only wish that International Sport Motors was located nearer to me in southern California, so that they would be "My" regular auto repair shop.
