The only reason I am holding back on the 5th star here is that I felt 3 days was a little long for my car to be the shop, especially when I had booked it an appointment a few weeks in advance. Other than that, in regards to customer service, Gelina is pure gold to that shop especially to the women of the world in need of car servicing. She impressed me at another time when I cold called the shop about something else, and I vowed if I ended up with a Mercedes, they would be the ones to get my business based on her return phone call. (They were too busy at the time and must be good since they just stay very, very busy there. Making a timely appointment to take care of your car issues is crucial at ISM.) They do have a deal with Enterprise who is just around the corner, so it's not so painful to leave your car there for the duration. I think the repair pricing seemed very fair and they did spend time trying to make sure they had the right fix. I am getting used to having a newer Mercedes so I don't have a lot to compare with at this point, but I will probably return for other servicing needs and just hope that the turnaround is a bit quicker.
