I have used this shop for the past 11 years (two Volkswagens, and one Infiniti), and not only are they the best at what they do, they are among the most honest and reliable folk out there. Any person who has dealt with Giovanni will attest to the fact. The people who have been patronizing this shop have been coming back for decades, because of their reputation. To anyone out there looking for a place that would give them solid customer service, without any of the "upsell" you are used to seeing elsewhere, talk to Giovanni. And after you have had a chance to, make up your own mind.

Ali said he took his vehicle to 5 other places and they were rude and they did not have time to work on his vehicle. The mechanic at this facility was nice, friendly and also knowledgeable. They work on the vehicle until it was fixed. The facility was very nice and clean and he really appreciates them only charging him for an hour when they worked on it for an hour and a half.

Excellent Customer Service. I had a very great experience with ISM. Gelina has helped me from the start. The check engine light was on and found out that the code was related to the catalytic convertor. I emailed and asked for a quote and she was able to get back to me within a day or two. I called her back and setup an appointment a week or two in advance. I dropped off my car Thursday after work and even called a cab for me to get home. They worked on it all day the next day. She called me later in the afternoon to tell me it was ready. Picked it up after work and it was cleaned up and ready to go. Gelina made the whole process as less stressful as possible. Thank you Gelina and ISM.

I was looking for a competent, fast and cost effective alternative to the dealer service department and I found it at ISM. I went in to the dealer to have a burned out headlight replaced and was told it would be $700. I found ISM from a referral and received prompt, friendly service that cost a third of the dealer's estimate. I dropped the car off at ISM and was told it would take about an hour and in 45 min. I had my car back. Reliable service and fair pricing was all I was looking for and I think I found it at ISM.

I have a '98 Jaguar XK8 and I had trouble finding an independent shop that would work on it because they didn't have a way to tap into the computer diagnostics. ISM was willing and able to actually work it through 'old school.' They were courteous and communicative and provided competent and intelligent service at a fair price. I will remain grateful and loyal for as long as I own a car.

We bring our 2007 Audi A8 here for service. We were actually referred from another great repair shop for a complicated issue that they couldn't fix but knew that ISM could. We love our Audi. Every time we think that it is on it's last leg, Giovanni and Owen methodically diagnose the problems and fix the car as good as new. They are thorough, professional, upfront and honest. You can't go wrong with ISM.

I can't rate ISM highly enough. The local Audi dealer wanted $$$ to correct 2 check engine light issues, but ISM completed the work PLUS an extensive valve-carbon removal (which Audi had not bothered to diagnose since all they go by is the computer) for less than my quote from Audi. Giovanni and the guys at ISM couldn't have been better - they emailed me pictures of the problems (with corrected pix after the work was completed) and kept me informed every step of the way. Usually auto repair is like going to the dentist - but ISM made the process as painless as possible.

I can't speak more highly of Antonio and Owen at ISM. I brought my car in twice for some complicated work and diagnostics and they were great to work with. Super responsive and helpful. It's tough dealing with a bunch of repairs or issues but funding a shop that cares and you can trust.. I can't say I've ever found that until now.

Very professional, straight-forward and honest body shop. Antonio was a breeze to work with while handling my insurance claim. Paint and body work matched beautifully on my Mazda CX-5.

It's Dec31st and I ran my shop truck into a nice pole painted red. Long story short my Bumper cover was toast. I pulled into International Sport Motors and the owner came out and took a look. Keep in mind it's the last day of the year. He said no worries we can fix you right up. I thought for sure I needed a expensive new bumper cover that needed to be ordered. The Service writer said we can just paint what you have. Same day got her back freshly painted Bumper and as a bonus got my headlights polished. Got lucky with same day paint since it was New Years Eve and most people are getting ready to go out. Perfect timing for me. I can't say enough good things about this shop.

This place is absolutely fantastic. I took my Jaguar here for some body work after a fender bender and ISM did a phenomenal job with everything from dealing with the insurance company to getting the car ready, looking like new in way less time than I could have expected. The customer service here is really top notch- and thats so important when dealing with the unpleasantness of having car problems, or getting into an accident. This place great!
