I have used this shop for the past 11 years (two Volkswagens, and one Infiniti), and not only are they the best at what they do, they are among the most honest and reliable folk out there. Any person who has dealt with Giovanni will attest to the fact. The people who have been patronizing this shop have been coming back for decades, because of their reputation. To anyone out there looking for a place that would give them solid customer service, without any of the "upsell" you are used to seeing elsewhere, talk to Giovanni. And after you have had a chance to, make up your own mind.

Ali said he took his vehicle to 5 other places and they were rude and they did not have time to work on his vehicle. The mechanic at this facility was nice, friendly and also knowledgeable. They work on the vehicle until it was fixed. The facility was very nice and clean and he really appreciates them only charging him for an hour when they worked on it for an hour and a half.

Excellent Customer Service. I had a very great experience with ISM. Gelina has helped me from the start. The check engine light was on and found out that the code was related to the catalytic convertor. I emailed and asked for a quote and she was able to get back to me within a day or two. I called her back and setup an appointment a week or two in advance. I dropped off my car Thursday after work and even called a cab for me to get home. They worked on it all day the next day. She called me later in the afternoon to tell me it was ready. Picked it up after work and it was cleaned up and ready to go. Gelina made the whole process as less stressful as possible. Thank you Gelina and ISM.

I was looking for a competent, fast and cost effective alternative to the dealer service department and I found it at ISM. I went in to the dealer to have a burned out headlight replaced and was told it would be $700. I found ISM from a referral and received prompt, friendly service that cost a third of the dealer's estimate. I dropped the car off at ISM and was told it would take about an hour and in 45 min. I had my car back. Reliable service and fair pricing was all I was looking for and I think I found it at ISM.

ISM has been looking after my 1979 Alfa Romeo Sports Sedan (Sophia) for the last 19 years. She still runs great thanks to Giovani and his great crew. It is wonderful to have a car mechanic that you can trust!

Thank you for the new motor mounts! It's a lot better ride for sure. And I so appreciate your getting the smog check done successful too! And the clean car upon my arrival. I love all of you at ISM. Only wish I had discovered you years ago!

I prefer to deal with independent auto shops and love my S4. When I find a good quality shop I stay with them... I will definitely stay with ISM! great staff! Great work! Fair price! Giovanni and company get my highest recommendation!

Overall, yery pleased with the results. Professional, prompt, and courteous service. p.s. Did you discontinued the practice of washing the car after the service? It's the second straight time that the car was not washed when I picked it up. I was assured after the first miss that the car wash practice still holds true. Did that changed since?

Hi Raul, You are correct that we do normally wash our customers cars for them as a courtesy. However, since it is a courtesy sometimes it just depends on our work load whether we can accomplish it on any given day. On your most recent visit your wife called to say she needed to pick up the car early, which we accommodated but it meant we ran out of time to perform a car wash.
