I have used this shop for the past 11 years (two Volkswagens, and one Infiniti), and not only are they the best at what they do, they are among the most honest and reliable folk out there. Any person who has dealt with Giovanni will attest to the fact. The people who have been patronizing this shop have been coming back for decades, because of their reputation. To anyone out there looking for a place that would give them solid customer service, without any of the "upsell" you are used to seeing elsewhere, talk to Giovanni. And after you have had a chance to, make up your own mind.

Ali said he took his vehicle to 5 other places and they were rude and they did not have time to work on his vehicle. The mechanic at this facility was nice, friendly and also knowledgeable. They work on the vehicle until it was fixed. The facility was very nice and clean and he really appreciates them only charging him for an hour when they worked on it for an hour and a half.

Excellent Customer Service. I had a very great experience with ISM. Gelina has helped me from the start. The check engine light was on and found out that the code was related to the catalytic convertor. I emailed and asked for a quote and she was able to get back to me within a day or two. I called her back and setup an appointment a week or two in advance. I dropped off my car Thursday after work and even called a cab for me to get home. They worked on it all day the next day. She called me later in the afternoon to tell me it was ready. Picked it up after work and it was cleaned up and ready to go. Gelina made the whole process as less stressful as possible. Thank you Gelina and ISM.

I was looking for a competent, fast and cost effective alternative to the dealer service department and I found it at ISM. I went in to the dealer to have a burned out headlight replaced and was told it would be $700. I found ISM from a referral and received prompt, friendly service that cost a third of the dealer's estimate. I dropped the car off at ISM and was told it would take about an hour and in 45 min. I had my car back. Reliable service and fair pricing was all I was looking for and I think I found it at ISM.

We decided to move from our Range Rover dealership as we were not satisfied with the service provided. After some research we picked ISM. This proved to be a great decision. The work completed was of the highest quality, completed in a timely manner and the service experience was top class. And to top it all off they washed and cleaned our vehicle before we picked it up. #topclassservice

I've been taking my cars to ISM for years and Giovanni has been great with honest estimates and superb work.

In the opaque and often unpleasant world of auto repair and maintenance, ISM is far superior to the status quo. By taking my car to Giovanni, I saved at least $1200 in unnecessary worked quoted to me by another shop in the area. Giovanni correctly diagnosed my problem, explained the repairs, and answered all of my questions, of which there were many. He is professional, patient, and transparent, and I would recommend ISM to anyone looking for a fair, trustworthy shop to maintain and/or fix their car. ISM represents the way auto shops should conduct business. We feel confident that the repairs on our car were properly diagnosed, were addressed with care and precision, and were fairly priced. We are please that we worked with ISM and will be returning here in the future.

This place is amazing. We have a fairly new BMW that is in pristine condition. While we were in a restaurant and the car was parked someone plowed into our car because she stepped on the gas instead of the brake. When we came out of the restaurant and saw the damage we were horrified. The rear bumper was hanging off the car and the front was smashed in to the car in front. I called several repair shops and the only one who could take us right away was ISM. They were highly recommended by a BMW mechanic. We went down just to talk to them and we spoke to Antonio. He knew exactly what was needed, explained things very well and most important coordinates the work with the BMW dealer and uses only BMW parts. That was enough for us. When we went to pick up our car we could not believe the work. The car looked BETTER than before the accident. While the car was in the shop Antonio called us several times to inform us of the progress. If I could give ISM MORE than five stars I would!
