I have used this shop for the past 11 years (two Volkswagens, and one Infiniti), and not only are they the best at what they do, they are among the most honest and reliable folk out there. Any person who has dealt with Giovanni will attest to the fact. The people who have been patronizing this shop have been coming back for decades, because of their reputation. To anyone out there looking for a place that would give them solid customer service, without any of the "upsell" you are used to seeing elsewhere, talk to Giovanni. And after you have had a chance to, make up your own mind.

Ali said he took his vehicle to 5 other places and they were rude and they did not have time to work on his vehicle. The mechanic at this facility was nice, friendly and also knowledgeable. They work on the vehicle until it was fixed. The facility was very nice and clean and he really appreciates them only charging him for an hour when they worked on it for an hour and a half.

Excellent Customer Service. I had a very great experience with ISM. Gelina has helped me from the start. The check engine light was on and found out that the code was related to the catalytic convertor. I emailed and asked for a quote and she was able to get back to me within a day or two. I called her back and setup an appointment a week or two in advance. I dropped off my car Thursday after work and even called a cab for me to get home. They worked on it all day the next day. She called me later in the afternoon to tell me it was ready. Picked it up after work and it was cleaned up and ready to go. Gelina made the whole process as less stressful as possible. Thank you Gelina and ISM.

I was looking for a competent, fast and cost effective alternative to the dealer service department and I found it at ISM. I went in to the dealer to have a burned out headlight replaced and was told it would be $700. I found ISM from a referral and received prompt, friendly service that cost a third of the dealer's estimate. I dropped the car off at ISM and was told it would take about an hour and in 45 min. I had my car back. Reliable service and fair pricing was all I was looking for and I think I found it at ISM.

I came in to have a Amsoil Synthetic Automatic Transmission full flush and transmission filter change. The job was done in the time promised and below the quoted price. The transmission feels much crisper and the car more responsive. I also specified that they do the do the transmission cleaning with the Amsoil Transmission flush. Previously I had the transmission fluid changed at ANOTHER shop but they only did a partial fluid change. The car shifting felt sloppy and less responsive. After International Sport Motors did the complete flush and fill the car performs so much better. The service is not inexpensive but this service gives peace of mind that my transmission will stay cool and last another 80,000 - 100,000 miles. Cheap insurance when you consider the cost of replacing your transmission because you didn't flush the fluid every 50,000 - 60,000 miles. I would highly recommend Giovanni and his crew. They even did a tire dismount free of charge. They are a great company who are technically excellent and who understand customer service.

Great service, willing to drop everything and focus on your problem. If they have the part and the repair is simple they will do it on the spot. Honest feedback on fixing your problem and very competitive rates. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Giovanni is easy to work with - he communicates clearly in a way that is easy to understand, he goes over pros and cons of doing something and makes sure you are informed before you consent to any repairs, etc. He did a GREAT job repairing my car and kept me up to date every step of the way. I will definitely go back.

I took my Jaguar XF for brakes and rotors replacement and they gave me the best deal around. I did have some post service issues and they took care of it promptly as well part of their warranty terms
