I have used this shop for the past 11 years (two Volkswagens, and one Infiniti), and not only are they the best at what they do, they are among the most honest and reliable folk out there. Any person who has dealt with Giovanni will attest to the fact. The people who have been patronizing this shop have been coming back for decades, because of their reputation. To anyone out there looking for a place that would give them solid customer service, without any of the "upsell" you are used to seeing elsewhere, talk to Giovanni. Ali said he took his vehicle to 5 other places and they were rude and they did not have time to work on his vehicle. The mechanic at this facility was nice, friendly and also knowledgeable. They work on the vehicle until it was fixed. The facility was very nice and clean and he really appreciates them only charging him for an hour when they worked on it for an hour and a half.

Excellent Customer Service. I had a very great experience with ISM. Gelina has helped me from the start. The check engine light was on and found out that the code was related to the catalytic convertor. I emailed and asked for a quote and she was able to get back to me within a day or two. I called her back and setup an appointment a week or two in advance. I dropped off my car Thursday after work and even called a cab for me to get home. They worked on it all day the next day. She called me later in the afternoon to tell me it was ready. Picked it up after work and it was cleaned up and ready to go. Gelina made the whole process as less stressful as possible. Thank you Gelina and ISM.

I was looking for a competent, fast and cost effective alternative to the dealer service department and I found it at ISM. I went in to the dealer to have a burned out headlight replaced and was told it would be $700. I found ISM from a referral and received prompt, friendly service that cost a third of the dealer's estimate. I dropped the car off at ISM and was told it would take about an hour and in 45 min. I had my car back. Reliable service and fair pricing was all I was looking for and I think I found it at ISM.

Antonio and Giovanni run an excellent shop. On recent trips to San Francisco in various vehicles, I have had multiple cars in for repairs on trips to San Francisco where unfortunately, people don't know how to park or drive. They handled the insurance adjusting, additional damage supplements, and even had the car detailed and delivered to me. Have a look at their latest work in the attached photos. The other benefit is that they are professional in their approach and follow up, responding to queries by via email and providing clarifying photos or supporting documentation. They made everything as hassle free as it can be. I can't recommend them highly enough.

So, my friend accidentally pulled off the plastic liner along the foot of the passenger door. (I guess she didn't know her own strength!) I tried to pop it back on without any luck and was afraid that if I forced it, I would break the flimsy piece of plastic and have to pay a lot to replace it. Rather than risk the dealer, I remembered my great experience with ISM and dropped in to see if they could help me get it back on (and figured if not, I'd rather have them order the part than the dealer). Adam helped me right away. (It turns out you need a special tool to get it back on.) And he and his colleague could not have been nicer about it. I offered to pay for their time, but Adam waved it off and sent me on my way. Thank you, Adam, for helping me out of a jam and for being so nice about it! You really made my day!
