I have used this shop for the past 11 years (two Volkswagens, and one Infiniti), and not only are they the best at what they do, they are among the most honest and reliable folk out there. Any person who has dealt with Giovanni will attest to the fact. The people who have been patronizing this shop have been coming back for decades, because of their reputation. To anyone out there looking for a place that would give them solid customer service, without any of the "upsell" you are used to seeing elsewhere, talk to Giovanni. And after you have had a chance to, make up your own mind.

Ali said he took his vehicle to 5 other places and they were rude and they did not have time to work on his vehicle. The mechanic at this facility was nice, friendly and also knowledgeable. They work on the vehicle until it was fixed. The facility was very nice and clean and he really appreciates them only charging him for an hour when they worked on it for an hour and a half.

Excellent Customer Service. I had a very great experience with ISM. Gelina has helped me from the start. The check engine light was on and found out that the code was related to the catalytic convertor. I emailed and asked for a quote and she was able to get back to me within a day or two. I called her back and setup an appointment a week or two in advance. I dropped off my car Thursday after work and even called a cab for me to get home. They worked on it all day the next day. She called me later in the afternoon to tell me it was ready. Picked it up after work and it was cleaned up and ready to go. Gelina made the whole process as less stressful as possible. Thank you Gelina and ISM.

I was looking for a competent, fast and cost effective alternative to the dealer service department and I found it at ISM. I went in to the dealer to have a burned out headlight replaced and was told it would be $700. I found ISM from a referral and received prompt, friendly service that cost a third of the dealer's estimate. I dropped the car off at ISM and was told it would take about an hour and in 45 min. I had my car back. Reliable service and fair pricing was all I was looking for and I think I found it at ISM.

I like the fact that they are really customer friendly. When I need someone I can trust, I can trust them to tell me what is wrong and the will to fix it. It is the only automobile repair place where they have told me that nothing needs to be done.

I like the human relations. I like how they talk to their customers. Their price is reasonable. They make good recommendations as far as services that I need for my car. I've been with them for about five years.

I am very satisfied and they are perfect. When I bring my car in to be fixed, they fix it the first time and they are very straightforward. There is no back and forth. I have no problems. If there is a problem, he calls me up and there is no running around. They are straightforward and that is what I want. They will give me a ride if I need a ride and they will deliver my car to my business. They will wash the car for me.

They always did what they said they would do. They did a good quality job and they did it on time. I would give them a '10' on everything. I was very satisfied with the times I spent with them.

I would give them a '15'. They always give me the most competitive quote and they take care of the job. If for any reason there are any issues or what not, they take care of you. So far, my experiences have been phenomenal with them.

I would give them a '20'. I have the best opinion of them. They did a good job on the car. They always fit me in. That is the spot I trust and the price is compared to other people. They have a warranty on their parts and all the good things you can imagine. They have good service. I like everything. They are nice people. Antonio and Regina and the other receptionist are great. They explain everything. When they explain things, I understand.
