I have used this shop for the past 11 years (two Volkswagens, and one Infiniti), and not only are they the best at what they do, they are among the most honest and reliable folk out there. Any person who has dealt with Giovanni will attest to the fact. The people who have been patronizing this shop have been coming back for decades, because of their reputation. To anyone out there looking for a place that would give them solid customer service, without any of the "upsell" you are used to seeing elsewhere, talk to Giovanni. And after you have had a chance to, make up your own mind.

Ali said he took his vehicle to 5 other places and they were rude and they did not have time to work on his vehicle. The mechanic at this facility was nice, friendly and also knowledgeable. They work on the vehicle until it was fixed. The facility was very nice and clean and he really appreciates them only charging him for an hour when they worked on it for an hour and a half.

Excellent Customer Service. I had a very great experience with ISM. Gelina has helped me from the start. The check engine light was on and found out that the code was related to the catalytic convertor. I emailed and asked for a quote and she was able to get back to me within a day or two. I called her back and setup an appointment a week or two in advance. I dropped off my car Thursday after work and even called a cab for me to get home. They worked on it all day the next day. She called me later in the afternoon to tell me it was ready. Picked it up after work and it was cleaned up and ready to go. Gelina made the whole process as less stressful as possible. Thank you Gelina and ISM.

I was looking for a competent, fast and cost effective alternative to the dealer service department and I found it at ISM. I went in to the dealer to have a burned out headlight replaced and was told it would be $700. I found ISM from a referral and received prompt, friendly service that cost a third of the dealer's estimate. I dropped the car off at ISM and was told it would take about an hour and in 45 min. I had my car back. Reliable service and fair pricing was all I was looking for and I think I found it at ISM.

Have been to ISM for two oil changes and now a full service for our Mercedes. The reviews are correct, Giovanni and his staff are very nice and responsive. The prices seem reasonable, compared to the dealership we had been using for years.

Just got my Diesel Audi serviced here. I did not set foot in the shop. AAA towed the car, and I spoke to the Giovani who gave me a quote. I had some issues with the fuel system and they took care of it same day, as quoted, and returned it running great. Price seemed fair to me. I would return.

From Giovanni and his staff ( handsome sons) the experince was beyond my expectations.I had my classic jaguar towed out of a purported jaguar specialty place of course not mentioning any names..Johns Jaguar.After many mis haps and lots of $$ found Giovanni and ISM.I cannot say enough good things about his integrity with regard to communication and advising about expenses as they arise.I am now driving my Jaguar convertible thanks to ISM.Dont waste your time or money with others.ISM is the real deal.

Giovanni took my car and tranformed it into a new daily driver, it's a 1984 and has never run or looked this good. I was getting ripped off from an independent shop, Auto Sport Haus and now have found a shop (ISM) that can do Body work, Mechanical and all the in between work. Giovanni even let me bring in a few parts and only charged me to R&R them. I like his honest approach and will now take my other cars to him. Stay away from shops that don't give you a written estimate and charge you up to 50% to 100% on parts like A.S.H. did. They (A.S.H.) should not be in business.

WOW!!! What great service! I drove up to SF for a week to visit with my friend. By the time i got here, my Mercedes was making a horrible noise...I called the dealer, they couldn't see me for 3 days :( My friend recommend I call International Sport Motors...Talk about service. They offered to tow my car right away and get it checked out. So efficient. Within hours I got a follow-up call. They got me back on the road the very next day...And didn?t try to overcharge me or sell me things I didnt need. Just honest, perfect service. Thank you Giovanni!

We have used International Sport Motors previously for both cars and have had good service each time. For me good service includes being accommodating, proactively keeping me informed about progress and likely times of completion. The maintenance and repairs are done right first time without reason of taking the car back a second time. We're sticking with them.

My experience with ISM has been great. I took in my BMW 335i coupe for repairs after an accident and everything was fixed properly and quickly. There were additional repairs that were needed after they started and they thought it would take more days to finish the job, but I asked Antonio if there was any way to get it done by the regular deadline so that I wouldn't have to extend my rental car and he was able to speed it up.I also took in my car for two separate flat tires and they were quickly patched it up for me on the spot.Thanks again guys.

My car broke down on me last night after going through a car wash (or at least I thought it broke down), called AAA and we couldn't get it started. After reading Yelp reviews and on the recommendation of the tow truck driver, I called ISM. Even though they closed at 5 and it was 5:30, the receptionist Alison was SUPER nice and said don't worry, bring it right in. Giovanni met me out front and greeted me with a warm smile and told me no worries, we'll take care of it for you, and I felt relieved. Alison called me by 10am today to say that actually all that had happened was my anti-theft key had been knocked out by one of the washers and they found it on my driver side floor mat. Even though they could have easily charged me the $125 for the diagnostic test, they waived the fee. I was SO pleasantly surprised by this, and will 100% be going back to Giovanni and ISM for my future car needs. Thank you!!!!
