Antonio and his his team are phenomenal. My husband and I took our Audi there after being rear-ended. We had a million questions since this car is considered my husband's first born. Antonio answered every questions, was great at following up, and when we got the car back - I swear it was in better condition than when we dropped it off! Thank you to the ISM team for taking such good care of us!

Jonathan said he has an older vehicle and original parts are hard to find. Because of this, the business was having a hard time finding the parts needed for the repair. They would complete the repairs, something would go wrong, and he would back needing a new transmission. They received a total of three defective transmissions before they got a good one, which left him without a vehicle for a long period of time. They have very personalized service and they are fantastic.

I am so happy to have found ISM! I went to them last year after my front axle came off due to faulty work from a previous mechanic (front end damage from an accident). It was a Saturday, and I had to tow my car somewhere, and had not yet found a decent mechanic who would do tune ups and such for me in San Francisco, so I did not have a regular mechanic. The tow company told me ISM is open Saturdays, so I called them and they graciously took my car in. After inspecting my car, Giovanni called and asked if I had been in an accident and had my car worked on. When I told him yes, he told me it was obvious to him the previous mechanics had done faulty--and unfinished!--work. After that, he contacted Geiko for me (he offered, I didn't even have to ask) to help me reopen my claim and gave them detailed documentation of his findings. He and his crew then fixed my car properly and had Geiko pay for it. I've been taking my car to ISM for basics ever since. They are nice, friendly, honest, and on top of it all, great mechanics! So glad I found them (despite the incident that brought me to them). I will continue to take my car to ISM for all mechanical work.

I took my BMW X5 for collision repair at ISM because they are professional, friendly and most helpful. Antonio was able to fix my car in a record time. They did an excellent job. The paint matched exactly and the price was fair. They even pay part of deductible on insurance work. Great people. I am very satisfied with their work and I would recommend them.

I've had my BMW serviced at ISM for over a year and very satisfied with their work and professional staff. Appointments are easy and the car is always ready when promised. Giovanni and Jolina are great to work with and I highly recommend ISM for any major or minor service. It's nice to have a trustworthy auto repair shop at reasonable prices!

ISM is the best! I wouldn't take my Mercedes slk anywhere else. They are all super friendly there, and very trustworthy. Perhaps most notably, they take pictures of every part of your car that either needs replacing or will need it in the future. This was huge. I'm a visual person and this was really helpful for me. My car needs to get some more work done and there's no where else I would take it. I couldn't recommend ISM more :)!

First visit to ISM to confirm engine light diagnosis and replacement of engine sensor in order to pass smog check in our BMW Z3. Friendly, experienced folks confirmed diagnosis, replaced sensor, and did extended road test to reset on board diagnostics computers to be ready for smog re-test. Not always easy to find a place that does what they say they will in the time frame and budget they promise, let alone be pleasant to work with and keep you apprised of repairs and recommendations. Will definitely be back with our other cars for repairs or maintenance.
