I have used this shop for the past 11 years (two Volkswagens, and one Infiniti), and not only are they the best at what they do, they are among the most honest and reliable folk out there. Any person who has dealt with Giovanni will attest to the fact. The people who have been patronizing this shop have been coming back for decades, because of their reputation. To anyone out there looking for a place that would give them solid customer service, without any of the "upsell" you are used to seeing elsewhere, talk to Giovanni. And after you have had a chance to, make up your own mind.

Ali said he took his vehicle to 5 other places and they were rude and they did not have time to work on his vehicle. The mechanic at this facility was nice, friendly and also knowledgeable. They work on the vehicle until it was fixed. The facility was very nice and clean and he really appreciates them only charging him for an hour when they worked on it for an hour and a half.

Excellent Customer Service. I had a very great experience with ISM. Gelina has helped me from the start. The check engine light was on and found out that the code was related to the catalytic convertor. I emailed and asked for a quote and she was able to get back to me within a day or two. I called her back and setup an appointment a week or two in advance. I dropped off my car Thursday after work and even called a cab for me to get home. They worked on it all day the next day. She called me later in the afternoon to tell me it was ready. Picked it up after work and it was cleaned up and ready to go. Gelina made the whole process as less stressful as possible. Thank you Gelina and ISM.

I was looking for a competent, fast and cost effective alternative to the dealer service department and I found it at ISM. I went in to the dealer to have a burned out headlight replaced and was told it would be $700. I found ISM from a referral and received prompt, friendly service that cost a third of the dealer's estimate. I dropped the car off at ISM and was told it would take about an hour and in 45 min. I had my car back. Reliable service and fair pricing was all I was looking for and I think I found it at ISM.

BMW Repair - 650i The front bumper of my 650i got nicked hard - tore off the fiberglass and wrecked some things underneath. I got a quick and efficient bid, they were able to take my car right away, finished in 48 hours and, most importantly, the work was perfect - paint matched exactly, parking sensors replaced, headlights lined up. I will be taking my car back to IMS for any future work which I hope is a long time from now. Thanks guys!

AUTO BODY REPAIR 7/2015 After a driver two cars ahead of me suddenly stopped for a parallel spot causing the driver directly in front of me to brake suddenly, there was impact to the front bumper of my vehicle. I was concerned about taking this brand new 2015 import to a shop that would do adequate-but-not-superb handiwork for the moderate damage that had ensued. Antonio got me right in for a same-day appraisal, took care of communicating directly with my insurance company as well as with the separate third-party adjuster they had hired, ordered the necessary parts rapidly, and explained the damage to me in detail, including in person. The ISM mechanics had my car repaired within days. It is like new. This was a seamless process that did a great job in counteracting the stress emanating from the fender-bender itself. I would go back to ISM in a heartbeat for any kind of repair work, and this is coming from someone who meticulously

I have been going to ITSM for 2 years and have received excellent service and consultation. I have had my car stollen and recovered and body work and mechanical repairs needed. I have had my car services with new brakes and other mechanical repairs. The same car has been totaled now due to an accident and they have taken care of me, working with GEICO. I am bringing my new car (used) Mercedes E350 into them to check it out as well. ITSM provides excellent service and repairs on Mercedes autos at a reasonable price compared to their San Francisco competition.

We've been taking our cars to ISM for service for nearly 10 years. They are just excellent and super trust worthy! I recently had an incident where I took my car for an estimate to another garage. The estimate was $1300 which seemed high but with auto body repairs, its hard to know. I then took the car to ISM and they did the entire repair including everything for $300. They said it was in fact a minor job, which I had suspected. The integrity of this shop is impeccable and I simply will not go anywhere else. The work they do is outstanding and I am never disappointed. I could not recommend them more!

I went to ISM to repair a seriously impaled door and side panel of my 2011 BMW 335d. I chose ISM because of all of the positive reviews I read online and was not disappointed! Antonio and his staff were extremely professional and their work was top notch - my car looks as good as new! I will definitely go back to ISM for all of my future repairs.
