I have used this shop for the past 11 years (two Volkswagens, and one Infiniti), and not only are they the best at what they do, they are among the most honest and reliable folk out there. Any person who has dealt with Giovanni will attest to the fact. The people who have been patronizing this shop have been coming back for decades, because of their reputation. To anyone out there looking for a place that would give them solid customer service, without any of the "upsell" you are used to seeing elsewhere, talk to Giovanni. And after you have had a chance to, make up your own mind.

Ali said he took his vehicle to 5 other places and they were rude and they did not have time to work on his vehicle. The mechanic at this facility was nice, friendly and also knowledgeable. They work on the vehicle until it was fixed. The facility was very nice and clean and he really appreciates them only charging him for an hour when they worked on it for an hour and a half.

Excellent Customer Service. I had a very great experience with ISM. Gelina has helped me from the start. The check engine light was on and found out that the code was related to the catalytic convertor. I emailed and asked for a quote and she was able to get back to me within a day or two. I called her back and setup an appointment a week or two in advance. I dropped off my car Thursday after work and even called a cab for me to get home. They worked on it all day the next day. She called me later in the afternoon to tell me it was ready. Picked it up after work and it was cleaned up and ready to go. Gelina made the whole process as less stressful as possible. Thank you Gelina and ISM.

I was looking for a competent, fast and cost effective alternative to the dealer service department and I found it at ISM. I went in to the dealer to have a burned out headlight replaced and was told it would be $700. I found ISM from a referral and received prompt, friendly service that cost a third of the dealer's estimate. I dropped the car off at ISM and was told it would take about an hour and in 45 min. I had my car back. Reliable service and fair pricing was all I was looking for and I think I found it at ISM.

I don't Yelp review much. But I wanted to do this as a big Thank You to Antonio for matching the paint of my 10 series FRS so beautifully. A couple of weeks ago, some homeless guy keyed the entire passenger side of the car. Insurance was progressive and the process was painless. The 10 series FRS has a unique color called "Ignition Silver" which is a pain to match because it's a combination of silver blue and gold. Antonio not only did a great job color matching but also delivered the car a day earlier than promised. I don't normally believe things that I haven't seen with my own eyes. Now, I'm a believer...

Fast and flawless... I needed the have dented aluminum center console trim on my audi q5 replaced. They installed the new piece super fast (dropped it off in the morning, picked it up before lunch). Perfect fit just like it came from the factory. They were very careful with the install. As a bonus, they were the best price in town. These guys are awesome!

Having a VW now days is really a coin flip whether your going to love it or regret it; then there's me , who unfortunately regrets that I love it. That love has costs me and now I'm invested. After several tries to find a shop that didn't leave me feeling ripped off or even repaired VW cars, I found ISM on yelp and emailed them for an estimate. That's when I heard back from Gelina and had what I consider my first experience with how we all hope a repair shop will treat you. This gal ,Gelina, is Top Notch, down to business, attentive, thorough and genuine. I won't sugar-coat you, but neither will she, prices are a little above average and you'll more than likely have to do without your car for a day, but the trade off is you'll get the repair not only on your car, but also , written out in detail so your clear what they actually did. The place is clean , the respect for you

solid business with great customer service! I brought my Porsche 911 for a wheel alignment and the quality of the work was top notch. Following the advice from the owner Giovanni, I also worked with them to get my rear tires replaced and the brake liquid flushed. Giovanni has clearly built the business and its reputation on customer satisfaction and it was a pleasure to be kept in the loop on the progress, and have the job completed on time and with no surprise regarding the price versus original quotation. Giovanni and the team make you feel welcome and the place is immaculate which also gives a good feeling when you leave your pride and joy with them. Definitely recommended.

With Costco's auto insurance, they offer $100 off from my deductible. It was easy to make appt. for free estimate on the phone or via the web. Antonio matched the price from other Auto Shop. My car is all new again!!!
