I have used this shop for the past 11 years (two Volkswagens, and one Infiniti), and not only are they the best at what they do, they are among the most honest and reliable folk out there. Any person who has dealt with Giovanni will attest to the fact. The people who have been patronizing this shop have been coming back for decades, because of their reputation. To anyone out there looking for a place that would give them solid customer service, without any of the "upsell" you are used to seeing elsewhere, talk to Giovanni. And after you have had a chance to, make up your own mind.

Ali said he took his vehicle to 5 other places and they were rude and they did not have time to work on his vehicle. The mechanic at this facility was nice, friendly and also knowledgeable. They work on the vehicle until it was fixed. The facility was very nice and clean and he really appreciates them only charging him for an hour when they worked on it for an hour and a half.

Excellent Customer Service. I had a very great experience with ISM. Gelina has helped me from the start. The check engine light was on and found out that the code was related to the catalytic convertor. I emailed and asked for a quote and she was able to get back to me within a day or two. I called her back and setup an appointment a week or two in advance. I dropped off my car Thursday after work and even called a cab for me to get home. They worked on it all day the next day. She called me later in the afternoon to tell me it was ready. Picked it up after work and it was cleaned up and ready to go. Gelina made the whole process as less stressful as possible. Thank you Gelina and ISM.

I was looking for a competent, fast and cost effective alternative to the dealer service department and I found it at ISM. I went in to the dealer to have a burned out headlight replaced and was told it would be $700. I found ISM from a referral and received prompt, friendly service that cost a third of the dealer's estimate. I dropped the car off at ISM and was told it would take about an hour and in 45 min. I had my car back. Reliable service and fair pricing was all I was looking for and I think I found it at ISM.

Fantastic efficiency hour service. This was truly Divine appointment and Gelina Aquilina was one of the best service advisor despite the industry standard that most services advisors are men but this woman is the best 5 stars thumbs up 7 stars total perfect number in biblical truth

My SLK 320 quit a few blocks from them so I came in dead cold. Didn't know them at all. The charged me an excessive amount to diagnose and replace the CPS. Fine. They also failed to diagnose a few other minor problems with the car. When I went to get the "repaired" car, it was parked in back, on the street with the doors un-locked and the hood ajar. Incidentally it had received the worst wash job I have ever seen. When I got home I found the air cleaner in the trunk and a few trim parts MISSING. I have called them 4 times in the last month to track down my parts but NEVER gotten through or received a call back. Don't use them unless you HAVE to like I did.

Had we known you had placed the air cleaner in the trunk and wanted us to reattach it for you we would have gladly taken care of it. We take our customer service very seriously and always go the extra mile to make sure our customers and their vehicles get the best care. We are also happy you were able to find the missing parts. We have cameras all over the back of our building and the car was safely parked between two buildings we own. In addition to the cameras we also have numerous employees working in the area but we do appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention so we can better communicate this to future customers. We're also sorry the free courtesy wash was not to your liking but we do not charge for this service. We generally like to provide all of our customers with a perfect car wash but there are times when we're extremely busy that the best we can do is a quick wash and dry. Once again we are very sorry for any miscommunication but we are glad we could finally speak with you and work things out. :)

I am behind in posting this, but cannot speak highly enough of ISM. I have brought two different cars to ISM for body/paint work and recently consulted with them on undercarriage issues (which were, thankfully, only cosmetic). The ISM team is always professional, helpful, and knowledgeable, and the quality of their work is absolutely exceptional. I am neurotic about taking care of my car (and pretty much everything else, as well haha :) ), and ISM is the only company I will trust with my car - thank you, ISM team!

I am not a regular Yelp reviewer. I tend to review only when I see consistently good service, quality and communication from a vendor. ISM is one of those auto service/body shops that is as good as it gets. Their work is thorough, top notch, and you leave there feeling like you got the best, for the right price. Besides everything Giovanni and Antonio have done for me over the years, with 3 different cars, there's a genuine respect I feel for them. While their's is an industry that gets a lot of flak for shoddy practices - these guys come across to you as honest business folk, who want to do right by the customer and their employees. Lastly, when you drop off your vehicle with them. Stand by the entrance and observe how the various employees treat Giovanni - the avuncular co-owner, and watch how he treats them back. One cannot mimic a friendly environment like this if one wasn't totally committed to one's craft - with all the attendant care and respect that such commitment engenders.
