I cannot say enough good things about ISM. ISM isn't just a trustworthy car shop--it's a team of professionals who have treated me so well over the years, they feel like family. When I first moved to San Francisco as a grad student, my car suffered severe weather damage, a hit and run when it was parked, a rear ending in a parking lot, and a handful of car break-ins. I was on ISM's Top 10 List at that point (a list no one actually wants to be on). My frequent trips to ISM gave me the opportunity to really get to know Giovanni (owner) and Antonio, and I can now speak to their consistency, commitment to excellence, and kindness. Everyone at ISM seems to be a genuinely good person, and that makes sense because Giovanni sets an incredible example. A few years ago, when money was tight for me, Giovanni offered to let me pay my bill off in installments. I hadn't asked, but he knew that I was a poor grad student and suggested it. It was something a family member would do and I will always remember it. Fast forward a few more years... This last week, I finally decided to sell my car. I know virtually nothing about cars and Gelina offered to coach me through the process, giving me her personal phone number. Selling my car ended up being extremely overwhelming and even a little emotional (it's hard to part ways with your baby!). By the end of it, Gelina was basically my life coach and with her help and guidance, I was able to sell my car in one day. I cannot thank her enough--she went above and beyond and I am forever grateful. ISM is amazing. For the last 5 years, I have really come to see them like family. They have taken such good care of my car and they have taken amazing care of me. Thank you to everyone at ISM!!!
