I needed to find a repair place that knew enough about Mercedes electric problems because my ML320 kept dying in traffic and at red lights. I usually do most of the minor troubleshooting of vehicle systems myself and knew it wasn't the battery, alternator, or starter. I needed it repaired quickly and affordably as I am a grad student and honestly can barely afford to keep up a luxury vehicle but the ML320 has been remarkably problem free. Gelina talked to my roommate on the phone and coordinated getting the car there after it was almost stuck at a garage that was trying to scam people into paying outrageous storage fees. Not knowing when the tow truck would get there, Gelina and Giovanni arranged to stay open late and wait for me and offered a new customer discount. I had called several other luxury repair places and none were able to get my car in until 2-3 days later and needed the car ready for a trip. Before I had even come in, they had narrowed down the problem and I felt very confident they knew what they are doing since luxury electrical can be a nightmare. They even arranged a car to drive me home which was amazing I had all kinds of bags with me and was not looking forward to long walks bart. They called me with a quote first thing in the morning and It was fixed and ready the next afternoon at an affordable rate with discount! I have painting and other minor body issues I'm looking to get them to fix soon! Highly recommended and I will be taking my Mercedes ML320 here for almost everything !

The ratings are true:) Attention to detail. All the ISM folks all share the same level of commitment to perfection. This is the place where you take your car to get the job done perfectly the way you would yourself. Its hard to find a place like this. The only other place I know is custom alignments in mountain view.

I've been a customer since 2009 getting service for my 2003 BMW 325 when the transmission broke down. They have are helpful and reliable on the service they provided. Giovanni is very professional and very accommodating. Every time I need a service for my car, just one call and they will schedule me on the next available date. We had our car broken into a few weeks ago. Along with a broken vent window, the busters also managed to screw up our trunk lock. We figured this out when our trunk flew open on the freeway. Twice in 20 minutes. My gf found ISM on the interwebs and decided to call them based on their reviews. There's a reason why the garner a lot of positive reviews! Giulina and Giovanni were so helpful, efficient and professional. A lot of their staff were pretty courteous! Took my car in the morning and was ready in the afternoon.
