I’ve dealt with all kinds of mechanics over the years for various problems and not one has compared to the level of quality I had with ISM. I was genuinely surprised at how good of an experience I had with this shop, I’ve been burned by other mechanics in the past so I was expecting the worst coming into this but the ISM team was so caring and communicative throughout the process of repairing my SUV after a car crash. They were attentive, polite, and kept me updated throughout every step of the process in getting my car back. Everyone in the office was very cool, the mechanics were very polite when they called, and I had a 10/10 experience with this shop. Happy to have found people who take pride in the quality of their business these days. They did a fantastic job on my repairs and finished up quicker than I anticipated. Will definitely be coming back with any of my automotive concerns from now on.

I wish I found this spot sooner! This place is great, they not only tell you what problems your car has, they take pictures to show you and to ensure you understand the severity of any damages, along with assessing what would be the most to least important thing to tackle first, Gelina was so sweet and so great! She dumbed everything down for me so I could better understand the issues, their VERY attentive to detail – and even gave my car back to me washed!!

I’ve been bringing my car to ISM since 2010, and the service has never been anything but professional, personal, and very fairly priced. They let you know what’s happening at every step, and explain things well. And if in the rare occasion a repair isn’t perfect, they do everything possible to make it right. I’d trust my (old!) car to nobody else.

Gelina was able to provide an initial estimate after reaching out via an online forum, answer all my questions and provide a service and battery change on the car all within a quick turn around time! Clean garage, easy to find and very welcoming office team. I highly recommend!
